Complaints against the RTO

Alzheimer’s WA is committed to ensuring a high satisfaction level with all of the courses and workshops we deliver. Education Officers make every effort to ensure participant satisfaction, whilst upholding the integrity of the training content and outcomes. If a course participant wishes to make a complaint about the organisation, staff, another participant or an appeal decision, Alzheimer’s WA will investigate the matter in a timely fashion in accordance with the organisations Code of Practice. If the matter is not settled internally, the complainant has the right to be heard by an independent arbitrator.

All course students receive a student handbook at the time of enrolment. The student handbook sets out in detail the steps they should take in order to have a complaint heard. Complaints can also be lodged by completing the online feedback form.
