for our day centre clients, involving the clients
in food preparation when they want to help out.

Key Outcomes

Assists the day centre team with the preparation
of meals and refreshments and is involved in menu planning for the coming week. Also assists in serving meals to clients, clearing up the kitchen and dining area following meals and refreshments. Successful applicants will need to participate in Food Safe Training and ensure food hygiene is followed at all times.

Selection Criteria

Good communication skills, good understanding
of dementia and its impacts (we can provide you with this training), good domestic skills and an interest in cooking/baking.
