Dementia Symposium
The 2023 Dementia Symposium is a must attend event for all Dementia Change Champions, Practitioners, Service Providers, Carers and Administrators. The symposium will feature a keynote by Robert Day, the Assistant, Secretary responsible for the Dementia, Diversity and Design branch at the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care.
Walk to Remember
This year, we will once again hold our annual fundraising event, the Walk to Remember. The walk will be held Sunday 5th November at Sir James Mitchell Park, South Perth. Registrations now open.
Memory Cafés
Once a month in a select number of cafés across Perth, a very special morning tea takes place. Do you, a family member or friend live with dementia? Visit a Memory
Café, enjoy a coffee and some great conversation.

This one day course is suitable for people who know or care for a person with dementia (not suitable for people with a diagnosis of dementia). It is designed to give an understanding of dementia, what happens to a person when they develop dementia and how to communicate with and support a person with dementia.

The Adjusting to Change Program provides relevant information, emotional support and practical assistance for people in the early stage of dementia and their support person (family member or friend).
